The Garden Room is situated near the beautiful City of Bath on the edge of the village of Timsbury. We offer a well appointed twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, a comfortable lounge with reclining sofas, flat screen Freeview T.V with DVD and a CD player overlooking a pretty garden which guests are very welcome to use. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request. The accommodation is all on one level and there is ample off road parking adjacent to the front door. We are next to open countryside so ideal for walkers. Well behaved pets are very welcome but we must be notified in advance.

Our charges for self catering for 7 nights are from £280 to £350.
We also do short breaks from £65 per unit per night.
Our hire charges include gas and electricity together with all linen and towels including tea towels.
Unfortunately we are unable to take Debit or Credit Cards so payment is by cash or cheque on arrival.
